@uturniaphobic it's a fine document - it needs to be defined as the original with the original 13th Ammendment ratified by 13 of the 17 states by 1817. The first ten Ammendments = Bill of rights and were not meant to be messed with period. The corporation came along and re-wrote it for us in 1867 (wasn't that nice of them?) and then came the bogus 13th and 14th. I submit that it's been twisted based on that information but our public servants also don't even follow it as it allegedly stands.

@BoKnowsEntertainment it is a "living document" that as you say has been abused.
I think the lawmakers are surmising that no one is there to arrest them if the deviate from the founder law. That is where the people, by law, are supposed to move in and reclaim government. But they've made it into an act of terror to even consider such action. Laws broken everywhere. I cannot even watch anymore.

@uturniaphobic The Constitution does not apply to us. We are the free. The Constitution erects the private federal corporation and states the 18 enumerations that it has. It is not the King of the land we are. Until 1865 no Amendment was made that increased it's power. The first 2 that were made just remedied a couple minor problems that arose with the Government structure. The third specified that the Government was not superior to the people. Of course this one has been hidden from us.
